Is Qualoria free for a Seller to Post Assets?
Yes it is completely free. We don’t charge any fees at any stage for Posting an Asset. To be clear we will never charge any Finders Fees, Deal Closure fees, hidden fees or anything similar. Before Posting an asset you need to Register.
What are the advantages of Registering as a Qualoria Member?
Registering as a Qualoria Member links you with the Qualoria Business Development community. You can then actively engage in seeking partnerships in a secure and safe environment.
If you are primarily looking for partners and have an Asset to Post then Qualoria Membership is all you need:
· FREE posting of assets to the site either openly or anonymously
· Begin the dialogue with partners expressing interest in your posted assets in a secure online environment
· Access your account, edit your details and update your Asset details
· FREE high level search of all assets on the site.
If you need additional functionality to enable you to search for Assets and review the detailed information then you need to upgrade to Qualoria Premier Membership (see “What are the advantages of being a Qualoria Premier Member?”).
Why do I need to Register?
Upon registering as a Qualoria Member you get access to the ‘Post an Asset’ functionality and other benefits associated with Qualoria Membership plus the ability to upgrade. Registration enables Qualoria to establish your contact detail and contact preferences. Upon entering your choice of Username, Password and contact information Qualoria can validate your email address which aids site security.
How will Qualoria contact me?
You define on Registration how you allow Qualoria to contact you. This can be edited subsequently by entering ‘Manage My Account’ in the website header and then ‘My Details’ in the left column.
What do I need to disclose in an Asset Posting?
The only information that must be disclosed categorically is the Asset Type (Therapeutic, Technology, Diagnostic or Device), Disease Area(s), preferred Geographical Scope of Deal, and broad Development/Life-cycle stage.
All other fields (title, mechanism, asset summary and preferred deal type summary) are ‘free text’ fields. If some information is sensitive or confidential then this does not need to be disclosed or can be described at an appropriate high level. Clearly the more specific and relevant descriptions and summaries are then this gives more information to Buyers and enables them to decide how interested they.
All Business Development professionals can Post Assets. Obviously, you have to have the authority of the business that legally owns the Asset and have been instructed to engage in partnering activities. Therefore, other individuals with this authority e.g. Business Development Consultants and Venture Capitalists can also Post an Asset. Qualoria considers unauthorized representation of this authority as a serious breach of our Terms & Conditions and will take appropriate action.
Firstly, you MUST Register as a Qualoria Member (see “Why do I need to Register?”).
Posting an Asset is very straightforward and you can take advantage of your existing source materials – either by ‘cut and pasting’ or uploading existing or redacted documents (including .doc .ppt .pdf .xls).
Posting an Asset is intuitive and there are blue ‘help icons’ next to each field. You can enter the required information in 10 to 15 minutes. Remember to ‘Save’ (at the bottom of Asset Details) partially completed Asset Postings so as not to lose information – you can make an Asset ‘Live’ at a later date and subsequently edit all Assets via ‘Manage My Account’ in the website header and then ‘My Assets’ in the left column. Choosing making an Asset ‘Live’ makes it available to be viewed on the website.
There are simple asset categories to provide an overview of the Type of Asset (Therapeutic, Technology, Diagnostic or Device), Disease Area application, Geographical scope and Phase of Development or Lifecycle.
Mechanism/Asset Title/Asset Summary and Deal Summary are all User-defined – put as much non-confidential information that you are comfortable sharing with prospective partners.

As a Registered Qualoria Member, Why can’t I see much detail on Posted Assets?
Asset details are highlighted at the highest level of detail for unregistered and registered Qualoria Members. This is to maintain the trust of Sellers that only interested Buyers (Qualoria Premier Members) have access to the detailed Asset descriptions.
Each Asset Posting is presented in a standardized format. An example is given on the home and upgrade pages.
Note that the search functionality is enabled for ALL Users to see the scope of Assets available on Qualoria. Only the level of detail changes according to Membership level.
