I’ve forgotten my User Name and/or Password, can you help me?
 
If you have forgotten your username and/or password please use the ‘Forgotten your username and password’ on the sign in page of the website. We will then send you your username and a new password to your email address.
 
I can’t enter information in a field, can you help me?
 
 
I’m unable to Register, Post an Asset or Upgrade, can you help me?
 
 
How do I report inappropriate content?
 
Qualoria monitors the appropriateness of Asset Postings and has various safeguards that strive to present Assets in a standardized format. It benefits both Buyers and Sellers in the Qualoria user community that the content and descriptions are of a high quality. 
 
If you see an Asset that you consider is misrepresented either with regard to the description or ownership then please report your concerns using the  ‘Report an Asset’ in the right column next to the Full Asset details or via ‘Contact Us’ in the website header selecting ‘Report an asset’.
 
I have a complaint, how do I make it?
 
If you have a complaint about Qualoria then please let us know at support@qualoria.com and we will do our up most to resolve it. 
 
I have an improvement that Qualoria could make?
 
We welcome improvement suggestions whether relating to new features you would like to see or modifications to existing features. Similarly if you feel that a feature is unnecessary then please let us know.
